BANDTOON

Band-Toon is a minute cartoon printed on a bandage that tells about a “butterfly” child: how fragile his skin is, how easy it is to hurt him and how important a bandage is for him. 100 meters of bandage. It took us to create a cartoon. This is exactly what one butterfly child needs every week, throughout his life.

Without bandages, the delicate skin of a child suffers with every touch, preventing him from living a normal life. The story of such contact and the urgent need for a bandage formed the basis of the plot of the cartoon.

To demonstrate the cartoon on such an unusual material as a bandage, a unique projector was required. A single copy was created based on the Reynaud's projector circuit. It shows at a frequency of 12 frames per second, has a 300 mm Industar I-37 lens and 4 LED lamps of 100 watts each.

We have also set up a website where we collect donations, show animations and demonstrate the work of a specially made projector.
